Unique, three-step system (squirt, scour, squeegee) cleans commercial griddles in just 3 to 5 minutes while the grill is still hot (300 to 350 Fahrenheit) so you can focus on creating your next culinary masterpiece. Formulation does not have strong chemical odors and does not contain caustic soda found in other griddle cleaning chemicals.
