Quick and easy to use, it only takes three simple steps to clean the griddle in just 3 to 5 minutes, effective at medium to hot temperature 150 - 175 °C (300 - 350 °F). Food soil is easily and safely scoured and cleaned away, leaving no strong chemical odours. The formulation does not contain caustic soda, which is common in other griddle cleaning chemicals
